ABOUT US

DIONNIE WYNTER PFUNDE

From the vibrant streets of New York City to the sunny shores of Tampa, Florida,

I am Attorney Dionnie Wynter Pfunde, the founder of Wynter Law Practice, and I am known as a 'Legal Rebel' in the field of immigration law. With over 18 years of experience and a significant number of successful cases under my belt, I have dedicated my career to reshaping the complexities of U.S. immigration law, operating from my base in Tampa, Florida.

My legal journey began at the prestigious John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City, where I developed a deep passion for justice and advocacy. Soon after, I founded Wynter Law Practice, a firm built on the pillars of innovation, compassion, and excellence. My practice was well-established before I took on roles such as the Campus Director at the WMU Cooley Law School Tampa Bay Campus and the Assistant Director at the Center for Ethics, Service, and Professionalism.

At Wynter Law Practice, we do law differently. My approach incorporates advanced technology and personalized legal strategies, ensuring that each client receives meticulous and tailored legal counsel. This method has led to numerous successful outcomes in complex immigration cases, simplifying the intricate maze of immigration policies and delivering effective results.

During my tenure at Cooley Law School and through various community service projects, including immigration law outreach and expungement programs, I have demonstrated my commitment to community and ethical practice. These initiatives have significantly helped immigrants achieve U.S. citizenship and assisted Detroit residents in clearing minor criminal convictions.

Under my leadership, Wynter Law Practice transcends traditional legal boundaries and establishes itself as a transformative force in immigration law. I embrace challenges as opportunities to innovate and excel, guiding clients through their immigration journey with strategic expertise and an unmatched commitment to success.

Driving International Opportunities and Transforming Businesses

From the beginning of my career, I have been guided by the philosophy that true learning occurs in practice. As an International Business Consultant, I am dedicated to showing Colombians and Latin Americans how to open doors in the North American market, providing opportunities to transform our lives and those of our families.

My academic journey began at the Universidad Simón Bolívar in Barranquilla, Colombia, where I earned my degree in Law and a diploma in Administrative Law. Subsequently, I trained as an international business consultant with a focus on commercial and maritime law at Universidad Santa María La Antigua in Panama and in international trade at the International Logistics Center in Miami. My career took off even before completing my studies, working as an external consultant for various companies in the public and private sectors, allowing me to gain in-depth knowledge of different economic sectors.

Throughout my career, I have held significant roles in the judicial branch in Colombia and worked as a legal investigator for council members and deputies. In the private sector, I served as managing partner in a law firm. My experience extends to consulting for companies in the medical, insurance, logistics, and financial sectors. Additionally, I have volunteered for foundations that train independent workers and entrepreneurs in formalizing their businesses.

I am a licensed attorney in Colombia, and I currently develop business and consultancy services across Latin America and the United States. My career and focus on business transformation have earned me recognition from leaders in the field. I am currently Of Counsel and Business Development at Wynter Law Practice, where I focus on providing solutions and growth strategies that drive our clients' success in their migration and business processes. My commitment is clear: to pave the way for Latin American professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners to achieve their dreams in the United States.

A passion for learning and teaching has always accompanied me, inspired by my father. Since a young age, Taekwondo has been a fundamental part of my life, and I now share this passion with my daughters, applying the principles of integrity, courtesy, perseverance, and loyalty in all areas of my life.

I have had the honor of contributing as a speaker on several occasions, sharing my experience as a business consultant not only with future lawyers but also with professionals from other specialties. My philosophy is clear: knowledge must be shared to strengthen new generations.

Through personal experience, I deeply understand the impact of the decision to migrate to the United States. The opportunities for professional and educational development are extensive. I am here to show Latin America that there are legal pathways to achieve this without unnecessary risks. Legal migration is more within our reach than we imagine, and my mission is to guide those who seek to make their American dream a reality. My goal is to help professionals from Colombia and Latin America explore new horizons that positively impact their lives and those of their families. I am committed to providing them with the tools they need to grow and achieve their dreams with integrity and dedication.
